Exceptional
Great staff and nice room
Liked: Naomi who greeted us and checked us in was delightful very welcoming and helpful with instructions and tips. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. We used this as a stopover before taking the ferry in the morning and it is well located for the ferry. Know before you go that this is not a great location for walking to a lot of restaurants or historic sites (nor is it advertised to be). Plan at least 20 minute walk to restaurant choices or to drive.
Disliked: None - the place was as advertised and as expected.
We will certainly stay again if we return!

Liked: Well positioned to visit center by a short walk. Nice usefull private parking. Rooms are very big confortable and clean. Staff very friendly and supportive. Breakfast minimal but essential. A very pleasant experience
Okay place to stay for 1 night
Liked: I liked that it was available for the one night we needed it. It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Getting in and out of the parking area was a bit of a hassle. We had to call the duty manager/attendant multiple times to ask him to open the gate so we can get in and park the car. He sent a text message with a code for opening the gate to park, however when I tried to open/retrieve the message I got an error message. They ought to just give people an RF card when they checkin
