Fabulous
A good stay if you don't park here
Liked: Large room. Feeling comfortable inside.
Disliked: Parking provided by hotel is terrible. It's under ground garage with a steep of ~35-40° slope. And the assigned parking space for us is right at the bottom of entrance slope, much better than the other spot on the slope (showed in the photos). Unless you drive a small car, or you have an excellent skill of turning your car inside the small garage. If I come next time, I would park at Parcheggio Villa Dante, which is near by. By the way, you have to get into the room first to get garage key, because it is self check in and no one at the empty reception desk. And you need good luck to find a temporary parking around the hotel. Another thing surprised me is that there's no people at reception! This is a 4 Star hotel. When you contact via text, you can not estimate the response time. Or, it may be no response.

Disliked: Management needs to be improved. Specifically, I was given the wrong room with the wrong door code. I was tired and had to wait for the staff, but luckily they arrived quickly. 2. Request to leave the Wi-Fi password in the hotel lobby. I had to knock on every room door to ask for the access code because I didn't have internet on my mobile phone to connect with personal, because reception not work 24hours. 3. It would be nice to turn on the hot water before a guest arrived, but I had to wait an hour and a half for the water to heat up. 4. The duvet didn't have a duvet cover(

Disliked: The house is very noisy do not book. You wouldn’t sleep at all. It’s next to the street and windows are not soundproof. Similar to sleeping in the street

Disliked: on main road, a little noisy. no tea and coffee making facilities. very impersonal

Liked: Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is served into the room so you can eat your breakfast in bed.
