Liked: Spacious apartment near the city center. Well equipped and with AC units. It was clean and quite cool in August.

Disliked: It's located in a basement, so there's not a lot of light.

An excellent accommodation. The right place at the right time

Liked: I liked many things about this apartment. The location is great. It's small but well thought out. I was there with my daughter and it was great to have a separate bed for her. Also, it was a life-saver as we weren't supposed to stay in Messina that night and the apartment was, not only available, but we could also do an early check in. The terrace looking onto Piazza Cairoli was great. Finally, the girl who was getting the place ready was very nice.

Disliked: If somebody has big luggage or they are not very slim or have mobility issues the ladder to reach the apartment is a bit tricky. It wasn't a problem for us

Highly recommended. Messina is a great city and the apartment is great for extended stays

Liked: - Air conditioning in both bedrooms and entrance. - Very easy check-in/check-out - Great location, close to Messina Central and entertainment/night life areas - Fantastic price-to-performance ratio. -Frequent cleaning services. - Nicely decorated and well-thought-out facilities, especially kitchen and main bedroom. - Plenty of natural light for a semi-basement apartment

Disliked: - The 2nd bedroom was a bit spartan, compared to the main bedroom. There is some old/mismatched furniture. - Despite not being next to the road, the 2nd bedroom has issues with sound isolation as cars could be heard easily - WiFi was a bit spotty and required resetting at times.
