Disliked: Rooms could be cleaned better, but we asked to change the room and got better cleaned condition room.
Disappointing room conditions, despite a good breakfast and friendly staff
Liked: On the positive side, breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming when I checked in and checked out. They also spoke English, which was a real plus for me as I do not speak Italian.
Disliked: Disappointing room conditions, despite a very good breakfast and friendly staff The biggest issue with my stay was the bathroom. There was visible mould in the shower, which I found disgusting and very concerning from a hygiene perspective. I was so uncomfortable with its condition that I decided not to shower during my stay because I was worried about the risk of developing a fungal infection or other skin problems. I do not think guests should have to make that choice, as a clean and hygienic bathroom is a basic requirement for any hotel. This was by far the most disappointing aspect of my stay. The room also had a noticeable smell of damp, and the furniture was poorly maintained. The fridge did not appear to be working or switched on. The room door was very stiff and made a lot of noise when closing. The duvet cover was put on the wrong way round, and there was only one pillow. Although the pillow was not a major issue, having two would have been preferable. the mould in the shower and the general condition of the room significantly affected my stay. The bathroom, in particular, needs proper attention, as guests should be able to use basic facilities in clean and hygienic conditions.

Fine for what I needed for few days but would not have been happy if was staying longer

Disliked: The room was poorly cleaned on arrival the shower head was not attached properly the bathroom seals and grout where degrading and black the pictures when booked displayed a nice balcony which I did not have
Good location, comfortable room, good breakfast
Liked: It was a good choice for a one night stay there. We used this hotel to visit from here as a basis Lamborghini & Ferrari museums, Giusti - balsamic vinegar & 4Madonne - cheese manufacturies. Everything was OK with the accomodation. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom was clean as well. Bed was comfortable. Staff was kind. Breakfast and the choice of variety is over-exceed my preliminary thoughts!
Disliked: There wasn't any major things what we don't like in the hotel.
