  Perfect location and beautiful, modern residence in a historic Monopoli building

  Liked: The property is in a gorgeous location overlooking the Chiesa dei Santi Giuseppe e Anna; the photos do not do it justice with the gorgeous views out every window. Situated at the top of the historic area all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions are right out your doorstep, including an easy stroll down the water. The inside is extremely spacious with high ceilings, everything is modern and well appointed. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub and luxurious shower. Host was easy to communicate with and check in was simple.

  Perfect location for our stay

  Liked: Great location and not too far to walk from parking the car. The apartment was bery clean and beautifully furnished. Bed was very comfortable.

  Disliked: There was no washing machine soap, other than that it was a great apartment. Requesting further info on things we did not like to make the minimum words is unnecessary. Nothing more

  Recommend! Will definitely stay again

  Liked: Location was perfect! Lots of space and gorgeous view of church.

  Disliked: It is directly above a bar, so if you can’t sleep with noise perhaps not for you. We didn’t mind at all - but worth considering if that will bother you.

  will advise my friends and will stay again when we come back

  Liked: Great location. Great house. We feel like in our home. We have a 7 month old baby and we talked Gessica for a baby bed and she made it done for 10 €/day. There was also an high chair for our baby (free), these baby friendly things made our stay easier. There were also beach toys and a nice beach umbrella we could use. At the very center of the city and also close to good beaches for walking. There is also a coctail bar at the entrance of the building you can drink something.

  Disliked: Sound from coctail bar downstairs can be problem for sensitive ears. we did not struggled so much and it did not disturb the baby as well, but good to be aware that it is open until 2 am.

  A stylish apartment in the heart of the city

  Liked: Super clean and very well-equipped apartment, perfect location in the center of Monopoli, many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, excellent communication with the host, charming rooftop terrace - we highly recommend this place!

  Disliked: If you are renting a car to travel around Puglia, be aware that parking near the apartment can be challenging. Additionally, people sensitive to noise might have a problem with the bar located below the apartment, which is open until late hours

  Perfect on all fronts other than the noisy bar

  Liked: Spacious, comfortable, super clean. Full kitchen to cook your meals if you like. Great location at the edge of the old town so you can park a car not too far away in the free streets outside the LTZ. Loads of great eateries nearby, a beautiful town. Good communication from the host.

  Disliked: Very loud bar downstairs that didn’t close until around 2am every night and unfortunately kept us awake. Washing machine but no laundry detergent provided.
