  Liked: We loved the property and experience. The room was quite charming, and the facilities were very nice. The staff is what truly made our experience stand out. Alessandro from breakfast was beyond amazing, and Giuseppe was very helpful and a total gentleman with our check in process.

  Disliked: They use heavy amounts of bleach or clorox when they clean. The scent was very strong, but they immediately addressed the issue. I would recommend if you have any allergies to clorox like me, make sure you let the hotel know in advance. That was the only small thing I would recommend, but I am allergic.

  Final night of our holiday… a great place to chill

  Liked: Good location and a nice rustic feel to the Masseria Lovely pool area with plenty of beds Great service at the pool/restaurant from Alessander We booked the suite so the room was very spacious Really good location just outside Monopoli, felt you were in the countryside even though you weren’t (Zorro the cat was adorable and very friendly)

  Disliked: We had a bit of a hiccup with our room and initially it was hard to find someone at reception to deal with it. However once we did, it was resolved well, and the manager was very accommodating. It was the last night of our holiday and they went above my expectations in resolving the situation

  Amazing Masseria

  Liked: Great facility and amazing staff. The guy that work by the pool is very friendly. He would do anything to make my 1.5 year old son enjoy the pool area.
