  Great Location, but Service Needs Improvement!!

  Liked: We really liked the excellent location, just a short walk from the historic centre of Monopoli, the harbour, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, making our stay relaxing. Overall, the property is a good base for exploring Monopoli and the surrounding area.

  Disliked: Although we appreciated the location and the spacious room, there were several aspects that disappointed us. During check-in, we were informed that housekeeping is provided oWe really liked the excellent location, just a short walk from the historic centre of Monopoli, the harbour, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, making our stay relaxing. Overall, the property is a good base for exploring Monopoli and the surrounding area.nly every other day. While we understand this policy, we believe it should be made clearer before booking, especially considering the price. The staff also seemed to place excessive emphasis on strictly following the check-in, breakfast, and other schedules, sometimes giving the impression that guests were more of an inconvenience than welcome. Respecting the rules is important, but a warmer and more flexible attitude would have made the experience much more pleasant. In addition, one towel was missing when we arrived, and we had to wait because the receptionist had gone out, leaving no one at reception. Considering the amount we paid, we expected a higher standard of service. It is a pity, because there are other accommodations in the area that offer better value for money.
