  Great location, great room

Liked: Unfortunately we didn't get breakfast as it was raining on our first morning & we couldn't find anywhere else serving other than the roof terrace which was obviously wet.

Disliked: Think the pool is a waste of space as nobody actually goes in it and the space would be better served to more seating. Also, the lower seating area could do with being made to look a little more inviting

  Liked: Location, view, room style

Disliked: The pool was not really usable after 10AM because the upper deck is used as a bar area open to public. Staff seemed frazzled due to operating substantially as a view cocktail lounge with food.

Liked: Pusryčiai labai skanūs ir gausūs.

Disliked: Pusryčiai vėlavo daugiau nei valanda. Papildomi mokesciai už terasą ir terasoje svečiai iš gatvės ne tik viešbučio gyventojai.

  So pleasant and wonderful service

Liked: Our booking was cancelled the morning of our stay (not BellaVista fault) and Iris and the team were so helpful, apologetic and offered us a free drink on the terrace. They helped us locate luggage that had been delivered incorrectly and let us relax until we had sourced a new location for accommodation. They all helped make a stressful situation very easy to handle
