  Not a good value for money

  Liked: Localização muito boa. A poucos minutos do centro histórico e da praia.

  Disliked: Tínhamos um barulho constante no quarto; apartamento muito escuro porque só há uma janela e é virada para o estacionamento; esperámos mais 30minutos para além do acordado pelo proprietário; não tinham detergente para a loiça, apenas o frasco vazio. O housekeeping foi feito a pedido. Decoração um pouco inóspita. Não havia local para estender toalhas e biquínis inclusive houve quem o fizesse pendurado na porta. Limpeza inicial pouco cuidada, pois tivemos de pedir para trocar uma frigideira. Esfregão da loiça já utilizado por hóspedes anteriores. Parqueámos em frente ao apartamento e os vizinhos chamaram-nos à atenção, porque não o poderíamos fazer, mas nao nos foi previamente avisado pelo proprietário, e sabiam que iríamos ter carro pois perguntaram no check in.

  Lovely location very near to two beaches and a 10/15 minute walk from the centre of Monopoli

  Liked: The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern and the air conditioning was lovely and quiet. It was nice to have a little kitchen too

  Liked: Really nice place to stay. Perfect location, very clean and easy contact with owner.

  Disliked: Firstly, the crib for baby is additionally paid 25 euro per day which is a bit ridiculous considering that crib in Ikea is 69 euro and mattress is 25 euro. Secondly, the location of AC is just above the bed which makes it impossible to use it with small baby.
