  Immediately walk for romantic walks in Italian town

  Liked: Nice apartment close at step of the door for nice evening strolls around charming italian town Monopoli, to town beach, train station, even for bus to nearby beaches or close to bus for day trips. Sleeping room, kitchenette with fully equipped and sitting place, bathroom. As there is no lift, you need to walk up the stairs to 2nd floor to room through romantic stairs. But closeness to city and very communicative owner is as well plus.

  Liked: The location was excellent, making it convenient to get around. The apartment was clean and equipped with the basic amenities needed for our stay. These were definitely the strongest points of the accommodation.

  Disliked: The apartment lacked some basic essentials, such as coffee, shower gel, and shampoo. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, possibly due to the plumbing. Unfortunately, the hospitality was disappointing, and we did not feel particularly welcomed or cared for. The host repeatedly asked about our arrival and departure times, which made the communication feel more focused on our schedule than on our comfort. The most frustrating issue was the noise during the early morning hours. On both mornings of our two-night stay, loud noises from the upstairs neighbors, along with the sound of an unidentified device or machine, disturbed our rest. Our doorbell also rang early in the morning without any prior explanation, leaving us confused about who was ringing and why. A simple message in advance would have made the situation much more comfortable. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were good, the lack of hospitality, early-morning disturbances, and insufficient communication negatively affected our stay.

  Quiet residence in the heart of the old town

  Liked: Central location- easy walk from the station Clean and well kept. AC water pressure all working effectively. Note the apartments are up a flight of stairs but my host Emilio carried it up two flight when I arrived and down two flights when I left. It’s in the heart of Centro historico but it’s very quite Thank you Emilio and Rebecca

  A good stay in a great location

  Liked: Great location, clean and facilities good apart from AC.

  Disliked: Air conditioning was dripping in bedroom and had to move bed or would get wet. Air conditioning in main apartment area stopped working on Day 2. Rest of facilities all good
