It was good, but apartment needs maintenance, the agency was ignorante. Recommend to provide basic necessities in kitchen

Liked: It has a center location, and spacious.

Disliked: The agency did not respond to our issues, communication was slow, and they were ignorante. We did not have internet for days despite several whatsapp messages. The apartment needs proper maintance like walls are dirty, toilet is broken, doorknobs falled out, kitchen table is unstable.

  Great stay with the family

Liked: 2 separate bathrooms gives perfect comfort. We were 2 couples and a kid, everyone had their space. The dining terrace is great. Also we find all we needed - kitchen, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher. Perfect for a family or friends trip. Located in the city centre exactly near the square with all events and still really quiet. We also received a free baby crib after request without any troubles.

Disliked: Nothing - everything was great.

The properties decription on line is accurate and I would stay here again

Disliked: I would have preferred to collect the keys at the property. We had to get to an office 15 minutes away from the property to collect the keys. Other than that, it was really great.

Great location, but the apartment needs some TLC

Liked: We were able to check in early which was nice and the instructions were clear. The location of the apartment is ideal, and we were able to find paid parking on the street nearby. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spacious. The host company was responsive when contacted.

Disliked: It was annoying to have to pick the keys up at a different location. Luckily we had a rental car but doing that while carrying luggage would be very difficult. The apartment was located 3 stories up with no elevator, for us it wasn't a problem but I could see it making things difficult for others. List of things that were broken in the apartment; the TV remote, the door handles to both bedrooms, the nightstand lamps in main bedroom, you have to stick your hand inside the wall to flush the toilet in the ensuite bathroom, the couch is broken (if you lean on it the sides fall off), the wifi didn't work at first (they reset it for us), and most tragically...the wine bottle opener was also broken. The apartment has the potential to be a great rental, if the owners would take the time to fix all of the little bits and bobs that are in disrepair due to usage over time.
