  Liked: Central location. Big and comfortable rooms just like the pictures represent.

  Disliked: We have been bitten with my girlfriend by bedbugs which turned our vacation to a permanent scratch to our bodies. The personnel was willing to help us and changed us room after our first night with the bedbugs. I had more than 25 bites in my body. Although the willing to change us a room, having paid 230 per night at the end of October, we haven't been suggested for a refund or even a wine free of charge. Ps: for the price mentioned above, the breakfast could have more choices.

  Very welcoming and perfectly located boutique hotel to visit the beautiful Puglia area!

  Liked: We really felt very welcome: the communication was outstanding, very friendly staff and showing genuine care about our stay. Very flexible and very accommodating to the personal schedule for day trips. Everything was very clean, very well-maintained, nicely decorated and the room was spacious.

  Disliked: As we were in between Summer and Autumn, the weather was a bit unpredictable and we initially had a few times breakfast in the room. Still nice choice of food, however it was nicer to be in the common room, which was the case for the last couple of days.

  The staff were some of the nicest we’ve experienced. From helping with luggage they went beyond.l

  Liked: Perfect location. 5 min walk to the Old Town. We had a car and the neighborhood had opportunities for either free or paid parking. The jacuzzi tub was the biggest indoor one I’d ever seen! The room was large and the bathroom huge and there was a lovely outside private seating area.

  Disliked: I don’t have anything negative to say!
