  AVOID THIS PLACE BOOK ELESEWHERE

  Disliked: Misleading Listing – Hot Tub Advertised but Not Available Our stay dates 18 Oct to 22 oct 2026. We booked this property specifically because it was advertised as having a hot tub/jacuzzi available during our stay. At the time of booking, and right up until we raised the issue with the property manager, the Booking.com listing stated that the hot tub was available until 16 November. We even contacted the property manager before arrival to confirm that the hot tub would be heated and operational, and were told that it would be. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the hot tub was not available for use. It had been drained, was dirty, and appeared to have been out of operation for some time. Had we known this in advance, we would not have booked this property. The hot tub was the primary reason for our reservation and the reason we were willing to pay a premium price. There are many alternative properties in the area available at a lower cost without this feature. We reported the issue immediately. The property manager stated that they would speak to the owner regarding a refund, but despite several follow-up messages, our requests have subsequently been ignored. Most concerningly, after we raised the issue, the owner amended the Booking.com listing to change the dates during which the hot tub is shown as available. This amendment was made only after the discrepancy was brought to their attention and strongly suggests that the information displayed when we booked was inaccurate. In addition to the missing advertised facility, we found several of the concerns raised in previous reviews regarding the property's basic amenities to be well-founded. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to the inaccurate listing, poor communication, and lack of any meaningful attempt to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this property.

  Liked: Great location, easy access to the property. Nice property, clean and comfortable.

  Not as good as it looks

  Liked: The deck was nice, the bed was comfy. Nice bakery next door. The spa is outside the master bedroom and is very noisy. View is pretty, but also overlooks old rusted fuel tanks.

  Disliked: There is no dedicated parking on site, or no dedicated parking on the street. That is very misleading. The TV doesn't work as remote is broken. Help was promised, but not given.

  Overpriced as basic needs not met

  Liked: Proximity to the sea. Good air conditioning. Good washing machine and dishwasher. Good towels. Good sized apartment.

  Disliked: Worn out mattress. Dirty floors. No glasses or cups. Needed to drive into town to collect keys. Bedroom furniture left no room for suitcase. Wardrobe should be removed.

  Perfect. Very pleased

  Liked: The location was perfect. Close to the center. Close to the autostrada and just 10 min from Polignano The kitchen and washroom was in perfect working condition. That is not always the case.
