    This is a great and affordable place to stay that is safe, clean and accessible to multiple areas of Puglia

    Liked: The staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. The facility was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. It was also walking distance to both town and the beachfront.

    Disliked: The mattresses were a bit rough.

    Good location, amazing breakfast spread and nice behaviour of staff

    Liked: . Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff.

    Disliked: It was strange that hot water cattle was not provided in the room. But I got hot water from the reception. So full marks to their hospitality team.

    Liked: Not a good location,too isolated. No restaurant and only one nearby. We were the only residents for the first 2 nights...weird. Staff friendly and room good. No tea/coffee making in room..unusual these days.

    Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy. Very good breakfast. Well located. Monopoli is only 5 mins away by car, and the hotel was a good base from where we could visit other places in Puglia and Basilicata.
