  A very professionally run accommodation on the waterfront near the old harbor…

  Liked: Santa Maria 24 is a very well put together and very well managed property directly on the waterfront near the Castello Carlo V in the port town of Monopoli, Puglia. In particular, the level of service offered to me by everyone at SM 24 was excellent. Many thanks to everyone at the reception desk and to the very pleasant staff at breakfast…: ) BTW, the breakfast swerved at SM 24 was one of the best I’ve had in my many visits to southern Italy over the years…: ) YAY…: )!!!

  Liked: Loved our stay at Santa Maria 24. Great location, room was clean and serviced everyday. Breakfast was delish, heaps of choices. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful especially when we needed a Dr for my husband who got very sick. We appreciated that and are grateful for their prompt action to get us to the Dr's to get him looked at 🙏 Yes there are stairs to climb but that's all part of the experience and thanks to Rocco for carrying out luggage 🙏 Restaurant at the property was wonderful just make a booking cause it get's busy. Thank you Santa Maria 24 🩵

  The staff were the true gems of Santa Maria 24

  Liked: The staff were exceptional and always helpful. I was in town for a wedding that I was a part of. Like with any wedding, I was frantically running around and had a million things on my plate. The staff at Santa Maria 24 were always kind, even when I would throw them curveballs with transportation assistance.

  Disliked: The stairs!!! We had to go up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. Rocco and help took our bags up for us, thank goodness! But be careful if you have any mobility issues. Additionally, not all cars are able to come into the old town center, so be mindful when coordinating transportation.

  Super dedicated staff willing to assist you with suggestions. Best breakfast by a mile

  Liked: Location and breakfast facilities.

  Disliked: Had to hike 3 sets of stairs, but I knew that about the flat.
