Exceptional
Perfect location! Super clean, fresh breakfast
Liked: Breakfast was wonderful and prepared fresh every morning with smiles. The location is optimal right I. Front of the beautiful Basilica. And right at the beginning of the Centro. Staff was lovely, welcomed us with little local gifts like olive oil and roasted nuts sourced locally. Beds super comfortable and super clean. Mauro and staff were amazing. Would definitely return. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Gorgeous and comfortable. But rooms are for couples not friends
Liked: Loved the location, simplicity of the rooms and space and the staff were exceptional!
Disliked: There needs to be a very specific description that the showers are in the bedroom. We were a party of friends, so it made for uncomfortable showers for the people sharing rooms. I highly recommend that the owners invest in a shutter, curtain or even frost the glass and add a door for sound too. If one persons sleeping then the noise of the shower keeps the other awake.
Absolutely perfect
Liked: This is a stunning small boutique hotel located in the heart of Monopoli in front of the beautiful Cathedral of Monopoli. The breakfast were absolute perfect, the room had a window facing the side of the cathedral
Disliked: There was sincerely nothing to complain about it, the other way part of my great experience in Monopoly was the Gasparino Hotel
Palazzo Gasparino made us a feel at home!
Liked: Monopoli is beautiful! The location was wonderful since it was very central, across the Cattedrale Maria Santissima della Madia and very close to shops, cafes and restaurants.Very quiet at night. The accommodations were very comfortable and extremely clean. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was great. The staff, Mauro, Alessia and Nicoletta were exceptional. Excellent communication prior to arrival and during the stay. They were very attentive, hospitable and made us feel at home. We would definitely recommend Palazzo Gasparino.
Disliked: The lighting in the room could be brighter and even though the room had open shelves and hanging space for clothes, they could add an additional dresser with drawers.
