  Liked: Staying at Palazzo Kapece made us feel like locals. The apartment is tucked away on a charming, narrow street leading towards the seafront. It was very clean, beautifully rustic, and full of character. The staff were warm and welcoming, creating a lovely family atmosphere. A special touch was the owner himself greeting guests at breakfast and serving coffee and cappuccino — such a personal and heartwarming gesture! We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Palazzo Kapece to anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming experience in Monopoli.

  Disliked: Booking.com shows this property with a four-square rating, which led me to believe it was a four-star hotel. Unfortunately, our King Suite did not come close to that standard. The suite was essentially windowless, with only one tiny window, approximately 30 × 30 cm, located in the kitchen. The air-conditioning unit was also leaking. In addition, the overall layout of the suite was awkward and very uncomfortable. Overall, the accommodation was quite different from what we expected based on the rating and description.
