  Liked: The apartment is on a fantastic location, right next to the beach, close to many caffes, restaurants and shops. 15-20 minutes walk from the historical center. It is superclean and equipped with all the necessary things for a relaxed holiday. It has a very big terrace looking over the sea. The host is very nice and helpful. We had a great time there! I recommend this apartment for everyone!

  Great location, needs modernisation to make it the gem it could be!

  Liked: The house is in a wonderful location. My husband swam every day as Porto Bianco beach is literally on your doorstep. The roof terrace is a real bonus, with a lovely view and great for drying clothes. Giuseppe was a great host, always checking in to see how we were & if we needed anything.

  Disliked: While I hate to say anything negative, because we had such a lovely time, I feel this house could do with a serious decor overhaul. It’s dull and dreary with dated furniture and I felt like I was staying in a convent. It definitely needs a revamp to bring it up to the standards of alot of holiday rentals in Monopoli. Also, to note that it is on a very busy, noisy road. The motorbikes go by late into the night and early morning, so if you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the house for you!!

  Liked: Excellent location (sandy beach in 10m, wonderfull restoran/bar/pizzeria in 50m on sea front, centro historico in walking distance around 500m) with free parking, helpfull owner and clean well equipped apartment. 5+++

  Great stay

  Liked: The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The location is excellent - right next to the beach, very close to the center. Giuseppe is super friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night and he picked us up at the train station, which was really nice of him. Also when leaving he took us again to the train station. Another very nice gesture - water and wine in the refrigerator and also some local sweeties and snacks were prepared for us. Definitely recommending this apartment and this owner. Grazie mille per tutto.

  A Diamond set between 2 beaches

  Liked: The place is AMAZING, it is a diamond set between two beautiful beaches PORTO ROSSO and PORTO BIANCO that you can slowly get in 3 minutes walking distance, actually from terrace you have the feeling to be already there:-) And you are 10 minutes walking distance from Monopoli old town. Absolutely reccomended for families...large spaces and not small and posh unuseful microapartments that are so fashionable today:-) Last but not least....Giuseppe was extremely nice person, the kind you don't find any longer so easily:-) PS: I'm Italian but I wrote in English because as italian I'm glad to reccomend foreings nice and checked places to stay...:-)

  Disliked: Giuseppe should improve the photos he puts on booking...from photos you don't fully catch that is YOUR terrace that is pratically "dominating" by view the sea:-)
