  Liked: Absolutely amazing stay - highly recommended! ❤️ One of the best places I’ve stayed at recently! Everything was absolutely perfect. Cosimo is honestly the best host you could wish for! He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made sure we had a great stay. He also recommended some really nice restaurants! The apartment was very clean, super cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect too - everything was within walking distance! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I really hope to come back someday! Thank you so much, Cosimo, for making our stay so special! ❤️

  Authentic place in the heart of Monopoli with excellent host

  Liked: Amazing little property in the heart of Monopoli, really old school and authentic but with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Monopoli

  Some potential - but for now too expensive for this apartment

  Liked: We liked the location as it is in the historic centre. Cosimo is a very reactive and kind host. We were allowed to check in early which was greatly appreciated. Good air conditioning.

  Disliked: The apartment was not the one we thought we had booked. Cosimo has a few properties and the pictures on Booking are not clear. We thought we had booked the flat with the rooftop! Pay attention when you book to get the right apartment. The one we had was a little old fashioned in the deco, the kitchen in particular, the wifi didn’t work well (couldn’t use it in the bedroom) and proper shower gel and shampoo would be great. You can only use the air conditioning when present in the flat as all the keys are locked together. I understand that we need to be careful not to use the air conditioning too much. However, being able to refresh the room during dinner to come back to a fresh room for the night would be nice. The cute little “dead end” ended up not being so quiet as there was early noise from building work just opposite our flat. We know it is not Cosimo’s fault but it has to be mentioned.
