Exceptional
Comfortable, clean, quiet, lovely sea view and coastal view from the balcony
Liked: The best part of the hotel is the location and the view, up high facing the cinque terre coastline from the balcony. Be aware that it's up a winding road from the town, at least a 20 to 25 minute walk up and 20 minute walk down. There's a shuttle every hour to and from the town to the hotel. A pleasant, comfortable room with decent breakfast and good choices to start the day Staff were relatively helpful, but as in many parts of Italy, sometimes harsh
Disliked: The distance from the main part of town was inconvenient, having to take the shuttle at the precise times. The quiet, high location and the view made up for that. It would have been nice to have a restaurant for dinner on-site.
Excellent stay
Liked: We stayed at this hotel last year and liked it so much we returned for the second time year later. It was so wonderful to relax, enjoy superb breakfast and be shuttled to/from the town. Great experience

Liked: The most amazing view. We liked being above the town and were happy to walk down the hill and largely time our return around the hourly hotel shuttle bus.
Disliked: A little expensive for what it was but the view and the friendly staff make up for that and i would absolutely stay there again when back
Decent but not impressed
Liked: The view.
Disliked: Location is difficult as it’s very remote and shuttle’s are not frequent enough. Rooms are super basic. A robe, some waters and an espresso machine would have been nice. Staff was lukewarm. Overall amenities sparse. I’m beginning to wonder if this in true all over Italy? In Naples now and same here
