Liked: The hotel was lovely rooms and beds comfortable. Breakfast had good a choice. Location is perfect just a few minutes walk to the beach.

Disliked: On our last morning we went to breakfast and placed our order. A large group of TUI guests arrived and they were all served before us. We left after waiting 35 minutes without receiving our order. The staff were clearly flustered and put the TUI guests before us. We had a train to catch.

Great attention to detail in an excellent location

Liked: We loved this hotel. They had thought of everything! Great breakfast, kettle in room (with ptooer cups too), safety deposit box, great access to drinking water, charging points for phones etc.... the list goes on! It is also in a great location in the centre of Old Monterosso. The staff are really friendly and they give you good offers like the pesto tasting at their restaurant. We congratulate you on your hotel!

  Disliked: Nothing.
