  Liked: Hughe Rooms, clean. Bathroom with Sauna in Naples, who would have thought of that Great Staff Breakfast was OK and at a different location but they do arrange for options during inclement weather.

  A great place to stay while we were in Naples

  Liked: Great location right in the heart of the historic area of Naples. Enzo the owner was very accommodating. He gave us a list of places to visit, as well as very good restaurant options. The rooftop breakfast was excellent, with made-to-order eggs cooked exactly the way you liked them.

  Fantastic

  Liked: The property was located in the Ma li in tourist area and was incredibly convenient to sites and the Metro. The room was large and incredibly comfortable, secure and in an old building. It was an oasis in the madness of the city Napoli. On top of this contact with the 4Heavens team could not have been more helpful. Enzo our main contact advised us of the best transfer from the Airport to the location. Met us at the door and his cheerful pleasant kind manner settled us in quickly and explained where things were to get the holiday rolling. He also chatted to us each day and gave advice and helped with any minor issues we had promptly. Thank you Enzo, a lovely person. Also the larger team at 4Heavens who made the trip very enjoyable and cleaned our room every day if required making it to be a memorable stay in Naples.

  A very clean and modern hotel in the heart of Naples with super helpful staff

  Liked: It was very central, a perfect location and the room was very big with a huge bed that was soo comfortable, we slept so well. The staff were so helpful, always communicating via what’s app in English helping me make all and any arrangements I needed like Taxi’s etc. The Bathroom and hotel were very clean and stylish and there were lovely soaps- the John Richmond body lotions were a nice touch and the big soap / shampoo dispensers in the shower were really good.

  Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.
