  Liked: Great location for those needing the port or city centre. Recently refurbished large room with excellent bathroom. Competitively priced for the area.

  Disliked: Finding the building is no problem, but some directions after that would be very helpful. Even if only to note on the booking.com website that the rooms are on the fifth floor. Phoning everyone the day before seems to me to be inefficient and unnecessary.

  A good stay

  Liked: Great location: walking distance to the main attractions and well connected to public transport. The staff was supportive at all times, kind and welcoming.

  Disliked: Due to new policies, breakfast was no longer available. At the time of booking it was, but I didn't receive any updated information.

  You, Booking.com, should be more responsible to check your peopery

  Disliked: 1) When I book this accommodation in your (booking.com) website, this property claimed to have a 24 h front desk, but actually that is a lie! There is no front desk, and no personnel in "accommodation". Just an empty place, and we even cannot find the door to come in for checking in! It is real ridiculous! This created trouble for us, and delayed our travel plan. 2) Front desk is important to self-guide travel foreign travel like us. We thought we could rely on front desk personnel to call a taxi for us to Napoli centrale. But this service obviously is impossible, and we have to change our plan. 3) I think booking.com have to be more responsible. You need to know how exactly the property work and function, and more importantly, you have to make sure the information you put out about the property is correct and accurate. Otherwise, it is a cheating behavior! And this will give you a very bad reputation and severely damage your reliability.
