Very good
Liked: The hotel is located a 20‑minute walk from the airport. We arrived late in the evening, and our flight was delayed. We wrote to the owner about this, and he replied that he would meet us at any time. And without any additional costs. He asked us to write when we arrived. Then, when we arrived, he asked us to write when we would be walking from the airport. When we arrived, he was already waiting for us at the door, even though it was already late at night. The apartment is clean and cozy; there’s a kettle, tea, and coffee. There is a kitchen and utensils, but we couldn’t cook — the stove wasn’t working. We paid the city tax in cash to the owner. This is the usual system throughout Italy. Booking doesn’t charge tax when paying at any hotel in Italy, and we already knew about this.
Disliked: The gas stove wasn’t working. We had food with us, but we couldn’t heat it up. Also, there was no refrigerator where we could put the food until morning. A small refrigerator is very much needed. We asked to stay an hour longer in the morning, and the owner agreed, but in the morning he wrote that we needed to leave earlier, and we had to rush to get ready in 30 minutes, since we were still asleep at that time.

Liked: Excellent location ten minutes walk to airport. Beautiful room with stunning lighting and balcony with view of Vesuvius. Immaculately clean and excellent bed and TV. Brilliant communication excellent host excellent air conditioning, perfect choice with bar below on the corner and an excellent restaurant recommended by host just a few mi utes walking distance down the road I had one of the best spaghetti carbonara of my life and sat and chatted with the family:)

If you have an early flight to catch, this is the right place to stay
Liked: The property is very close to the airport. Andreano is extremely friendly and responsive. The apartment is very clean, though the neighborhood seems a bit shabby.
Disliked: The apartment is on 2nd floor and has no elevator, but Andrea helped us to carry the luggage’s to the apartment.

The check in without internet (or in my case, a dead phone) was a bit confusing. A day before arriving, hotel staff kind
Liked: I liked how it was close to the airport & how the room was very spacious. All the amenities worked well (AC, bathroom, lights, etc) & was very a comfortable stay.
Disliked: I didn’t like how unclear the street view address was. It was difficult to find the exact address cause there’s no hotel front name or door to know you’re at the right address. The rooms are in an apartment building but it’s unclear which of the entrances out of all the buildings it was.
Disliked: We stayed at this property for one night before our early morning flight from Naples, but unfortunately we were quite disappointed. The building was very old, the bathroom had a bad smell and was not properly cleaned, and we even found a centipede on the pillow. In addition, this was not really a hotel but just a room in an apartment on the third floor, with no elevator. Overall, it did not meet our expectations.
