  Friendly little hotel in the hub of Naples

  Liked: The staff were amazing and very helpful. The hotel is a little hard to find but I had very clear instructions and a video how to get in as I was arriving late, which was greatly appreciated. They even looked after my suitcase whilst I went off to the beach for a few days. Thank-you team ♥️

  Disliked: My first room was damp but I did switch out and other rooms were fine.

  Our room not like description

  Liked: Location was excellent

  Disliked: The description said a room with Balcony. We had a window that looked out to a courtyard. On first night, we lay down on beds, which were clean and comfy, but the pillows and cushions smelled so bad like they'd never been washed. The pillows were very floppy. We used a towel as a pillow. A small hole in the bathroom wall up high could be closed, but the smell that came into the room was horrendous. I had to keep it open. This smell also came in at different times of day and night. A small room double bed and single bed one chair, not like images you see above. Sorry people, I didnt take photos. We were in room 210.

  Good overall

  Liked: The bed was comfy and Maximilian ( think that’s his name) was friendly and welcoming.

  Disliked: A solo female traveller asking for a little bit of milk was told to go to the shop around that area on a Friday evening was unnecessary.

  very comfortable, good location:)

  Liked: lovely staff, very comfortable bed with air conditioning that was very effective. good location for getting to the train station and seeing the old town of naples. a little bit dodgy outside but that’s a city for you.

  Disliked: the shower is my only complaint - poor water pressure and very hot from the overhead shower head but the detachable one had no issues.
