Exceptional
Liked: Very friendly staff, responsive / helpful of all requests. Kindly even booked my return Taxi to the airport for 5 AM. Overall very good! Would recommend.
AMAZING! Would recommend ATA rooms to anyone visiting Naples!
Liked: The staff were amazing and so super helpful with giving recommendations on where to go and what to see! So welcoming and always there to help if you need. Room was also spectacular with an awesome view of the plaza and Vesuvius. Id give them more than a 10/10. Highly recommend ATA rooms to anyone planning a trip to Naples - will definitely stay there again when we go back!
High standard, well placed. Perfect stay!
Liked: The very high standard of finish at the property was exceptional. The location near the main station was superb. Ideal for visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum as well as accessing the metro to visit Naples itself. The support on lead up was excellent.
Disliked: Fantastic!
Hell, is Downtown Naples!
Liked: We arrived Friday evening, traffic was terrible, impossible to park anywhere, my wife has mobility issues, so parking 200m away and walking with suitcases is not possible. Finding the front door of accommodation was impossible for us, so we gave up and drove on to our children's hostel, which was easy to find. Not only did we loose the hotel reservation but had to pay for another room in Naples!
ATAROOMS gave us a perfect base to explore Naples
Liked: The room was very clean and well maintained. One very small issue was fixed immediately. Excellent location to explore the city and maximise public transport. Very high customer service from Tonia.
Disliked: Nothing. It ticked every box we needed
Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic, and the room was spotlessly clean. Tonia was incredibly warm and welcoming. She gave us plenty of helpful local tips and useful information for our trip. We really loved our stay and can definitely recommend this place in Naples.
