Liked: Staff was excellent, rooms were very nice, well stocked, food was excellent. They made us a charcuterie board that was outstanding, and great breakfast in the morning. We were leaving before breakfast was served and they made special for us. Naples, the city seemed a bit chaotic after coming from Sorrento, Amalfi, and Capri. The hotel is very boutique and unique, very cool art!

Thankyou, Atelier Inès Arts & Suites

Liked: Excellent helpful team, slept well, enjoyed the art, and the outside seating area for breakfast/relaxing. Air conditioning was a life saver given the heat and humidity. Also I enjoyed the local neighbourhood.

  Amazing!

Liked: A gem in the centre of Naples. Every corner is curated with class and the garden creates a magical atmosphere. The room was spacious and well decorated, the staff was outstanding. Breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect to discover Naples, easy to walk everywhere.

A hideaway in the heart of chaos

Liked: after braving the chaotic, noisy filthy streets of Naples walking in thru the gates off the cobble stone street felt like a breath of fresh air. The tranquility with the windows closed was lovely. lots of interesting art work around which made the place feel like an art gallery..

Disliked: The pillows were very uncomfortable & the acoustics between the room were terrible enabling us to hear the shower in the adjacent room The hard services generally tended to amplify the hotel sounds like people walking up stairs and the telephone ringing at reception

Lovely, artsy place with wonderful staff

Liked: The design and the staff

Disliked: The location is tricky. On one hand it’s good because it gives you a flavor of the old centre of Naples and its rough charm, on the other hand, you would wish better proximity to the seaoe other places in the city
