  Convenient location in Naples

Liked: The room and facilities were great, comfortable bed, terrace nice and big with good views. Breakfast if you have it was excellent and the location was good for getting to our Pompeii tour meeting point.

Disliked: The water pressure in the shower fluctuated a lot, so that was annoying. Driving to their recommended car park was definitely challenging.

Liked: A lovely hotel with a nice room and very friendly staff who are always helpful. Good breakfast. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Centrally located with all restaurants and bars just a few minutes' walk away. When in Naples, I will definitely come back here.

  Can’t recommend

Liked: Location – close to train station, easy walk to many sites. Clean. Big comfortable.

Disliked: Location– street noises all through the night, very loud. No bedside lighting to read with. Lack of outlets. No good place to unpack and store clothing.

  Good location, old hotel

Liked: Convenient location to continue our trip Pleasant employees in breakfast room

Disliked: We had to change rooms. The first room had no working aircon. The second room needed to keep pumping the toilet handle to flush. Not acceptable. Manager told us that it is expected from an old building. Not acceptable. We had to remain in this room as apparently no other room of this level was available. they offer to DOWNGRADE us, but not to return any moneys.
