  cozy and comfortable, convenient and charming

  Liked: The location was great. It was convenient to many things, including a great grocery store right around the corner. We could walk to all of the sites around town and there were restaurants everywhere. We had a beautiful view from our shared balcony. The option of having AC was great. There wasn’t a lot of room to move around but overall we made it work. The host was very kind, very engaging. He seemed genuinely interested in us and in our having a memorable time in Naples. He was very knowledgeable and made many great suggestions. We were able to make use of the refrigerator and overall, really enjoyed our time here. The bed was comfortable enough. we were very grateful that the host offered breakfast and on the days we took advantage, he even provided us with eggs

  Disliked: it is not the host’s fault but the building charges to use the elevator so making sure we always had coins was a hassle but it is what it is. Our shower leaked no matter what we tried to do so we always ended up with a wet mat. The bathroom was very tiny and there was no ventilation so it was hard to have our towels dry sufficiently. However, it did not distract from our stay.

  Just what we wanted and I highly recommend this property

  Liked: The owner/host was great. This felt like it was how some locals lived. Not a chain hotel. The outside sitting area was great to unwind with a beverage and view the city

  Friendly as a family, with a great location, great athmosphere, confortable, clean with good taste

  Liked: The breakfast was great, and the location is excellent, offering a beautiful view of the marina and Mount Vesuvius. It is also very convenient, being close to both the marina for the ferries and the metro stations. Furthermore, the staff made me feel welcome and were supportive with everything I needed throughout my time there.

  Liked: It was a perfect stay in a beautifully maintained accommodation with great views of the port and central district. Ico was very nice and welcoming. It was easy for us to explore the city centre of Naples from this accommodation. The highlight of this trip was the visit to Pompeii with Ico (owner of the accommodation), who was an excellent guide. He is an archeologist with a wealth of knowledge, and he was accommodating of all our needs. We had a memorable time in Naples. Thank you!!

  Liked: A wonderful place to stay in Napoli right by the harbour with balcony with a view of the city and Vesuvius. The sunrise was spectacular from the balcony! Our host Ico was fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable of Napoli and recommended places to eat and to discover! The breakfast was scrumptious pastry’s & his cappuccino is a 10/10! You have use of fridge/freezer and drinking water is suppled. The en suite bedroom was very comfortable, mattress was good, excellent pillows and A/C was perfect! Excellent supermarket downstairs! We will definitely be back!!!
