  Naples - paradise b&b

  Liked: Good communication with the owner and issues sorted quickly. Very clean and good position for the railway and city centre.

  Disliked: Had to pay a late check in fee, due to arriving after 9.00pm. Unsure what I paid for. We had to use codes to get in the apartment. The only communication was via texts. I informed them we had arrived.

  Comfy, close to station, ideal to get the airport for early flight- but check in times concerning

  Liked: Location to the train station is superb. Room was nice and clean, and had all needed for the single night stay. Thank you.

  Disliked: Worrying about being able to check in late was very disconcerting and put a real pressure on the journey. Yet it was simple to check in without receptionist so was at a loss to understand why such emphasis is put on "no late check in"

  Value for money - great location

  Liked: The location is excellent - right in the heart of Naples. The train station, bus station, metro, are all 100-500 meters away. It can be a bit loud though, even when the property itself is located on the 5th floor. The balcony gives a nice view of the square. The staff although available only over messages is very active and responds very quickly. The breakfast although limited to mostly crossiants and coffee, there is an option to choose from various restaurants, all located nearby.

  Disliked: The access to the house can be tricky if you are not tech savvy. Make sure to see their message and complete the online check in. All the access details are received only via the messages on Booking.com itself. I came across various old couples who really struggled with it all because only online system for everything was too much. It can also become a challenge if you have arrived from abroad and do not yet have a working internet on your phone. So, please be aware and make sure to sort out it all while you still have the internet connection. One thing about hygiene - the place itself was very neat and clean. However, the drainage in the bathroom was not functioning properly leading to water logging while bathing. I reported to the staff (via chat) and they said they would take care of it. They did try but the issue was not completely resolved.

  Liked: Room and veiw were lovely close to train station

  Disliked: Lift if door was left open on a floor would not come down until shut if you dont do stars and are on hi floor its a fair few steps

  lovely short stay at Paradise b and b

  Liked: perfect location from the central train station and to explore Naples good for a short stay extremely clean excellent communication from hosts, particularly liked to demo videos
