  Comfortable stay in a fabulous location!

  Liked: Location was excellent, across the road from Dante metro, easy walk into the old town, the city centre and the Archaeological Museum.

  Large, comfortable rooms in a good location, good breakfast

  Liked: This was the second stay for us here, the rooms are an excellent size and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, the lady in charge (sorry I don’t know her name) was friendly and provided fresh coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice daily in request which was great. The location is excellent with restaurants and bars on the doorstep.

  Disliked: The rooms need a little TLC. The shower toiletries consisted of a half empty bottle of head and shoulders which looked like it could have been left by previous guests and a dispenser attached to the wall. A bit more care could have gone into it. The entry system isn’t very straightforward and there is no one ever at reception which is a shame really, as you can only contact someone via WhatsApp. No one checks if you have enjoyed your stay or if everything is okay. Also, make sure you have 20 cent coins for the lift. It would be great if the hotel was able to swap some change for you but it’s not an option.

  A good base to explore from

  Liked: Quiet ( in a courtyard), wonderful location, good breakfast choice and a very cheerful and kind lady serving breakfast. Huge tv, fridge, kettle and coffee maker

  Lovely place

  Liked: The staff were very helpful and the room was clean, a good size for three people, and had great air con. The breakfast spread was high quality and the location was perfect for accessing all that naples had to offer. Very satisfied overall.

  Disliked: There was quite a lot of stairs to get to the b&b it was a shame the lift didn't work for free at all times of the day.

  Elegant room in the heart of Naples

  Liked: The room was stunning - better than it looked in the photos even! The ceilings were so high - the room felt really fancy. It's a fantastic location and well connected with the metro stop just in the square you can see from the balcony. The staff with whom we met with were so helpful - especially on checkout day when we needed a bit of extra time. Would highly recommend!

  Disliked: Honestly - the TINIEST thing - the specific room we stayed in (14 maybe?) was next to the breakfast room, so in the morning, my partner, who is a light sleeper, was awoken by the breakfast prep. Nothing some earplugs wouldn't fix if it might be a bother for you.
