Liked: The property itself was so clean and had everything we needed, from constant fresh towels to lovely beds and fully equipped showers. The furniture was old but added lovely character to the room. The staff could not of been more friendly, and helped us with everything we needed and made our stay even more enjoyable and smooth running.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was absolutely great — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The towels and toiletries were replaced every day, and there was also air conditioning. Upon request, we were provided with a more powerful hairdryer and an iron, which was very convenient. The communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The location is simply unbeatable — everything is within easy reach. The bus and metro stops are right in front of the building, the port is about a 15-minute walk away, and the main train station is around 20 minutes on foot. The Spanish Quarter and the city centre are also just a pleasant 10-minute walk away. The ladies at the reception were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Honestly, there are not enough words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, and if I come back to Naples, I would definitely stay here again!

Liked: Central location, fine for short stay

Disliked: The room is poorly isolated both from the street noise and from corridors- you truly hear everything, with a constant stream of car honking. They have a rigid timing policy for check in, with extra payments for checking in after 7
