  Ok for a night

  Liked: Location and comfortable bed. Good breakfast at the bar nearby

  Has potential but the owner ruins the experience

  Liked: The bed was comfortable and a true queen size. It was clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. She was the only one we ever saw in the hallway in the mornings. Also the breakfast vouchers were very nice at a local cafe.

  Disliked: First and foremost, the lady Christina, I assume the owner, was very rude and does not belong in the hospitality business. I never met her, and on WhatsApp she gave a lot of attitude. We asked for extra towels as we were staying 3 nights, and she said there is a surcharge for them. We also asked for more toilet paper. Before leaving more toilet paper she gave me a massive attitude that did not make me feel comfortable. We didn’t even use it, just to have just in case. The property is not cheap at all, especially for Naples where you can get a better room for less money. The room also doesn’t have a single hook. Not in the room. Not in the bathroom. No place to hang towels. There is no wine opener, no cups, no caffe machine. Nothing. Very non Italian hospitality. We come to Italy 2-3 times a year and we know what it’s suppose to be like. I would never stay here again, nor would recommend it.
