The staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help:)

Liked: The location was brilliant, with everything on your doorstop and not far from the ferry either (we were going on to Posiitano)

Disliked: Stairs up to the hotel lobby, but a porter was available for the bag, so it wasn't an issue.

Perfect place to stay in Naples

Liked: Wonderful location, very spacious and clean, helpful and friendly staff. I appreciated how helpful and nice the staff were. My room was beautiful and I loved the view of the galleria from inside my suite

Worst stay we had in Italy out of our four stats. Very disappointed

Liked: Close walking distance to things

Disliked: Construction all around our entrance making it difficult and unsafe to get in. And it was very Loud waking us up early. Entrance to hotel was strange and hard to find. Rooms and hallways were not clean. Bugs and bug traps all over our rooms. Air turned OFF in our rooms while we were out, instead of just lowered making it long to cool back down after being out in 100 degree heat. Amenities not restocked like coffee, etc.

Disliked: Room was extremely noisy late at night due to location inside Galleria. Kids were playing soccer at 1:00 am.
