Liked: Good location, very friendly staff, Annalisa was so helpful

Disliked: There was some building work nearby that woke us up early hours of the mornings- not the property’s fault

  Liked: Location

Disliked: Unfortunately, the stay was very difficult because of the noise. It was extremely loud throughout the night, even with the windows closed, and neither my friend nor I was able to sleep properly. The bed was also quite uncomfortable, which made the situation even worse. If you are sensitive to noise or need a good night’s sleep, this is something to keep in mind.

Overall, a good spot for exploring Naples on foot

Liked: We booked the spa suite in Comfort Zone Naples, but ended up not using it. The room was clean and spacious, but the whole place is a bit tired, including the facilities. It is located in a historic building so essentially it is a flat conversion which makes it a bit strange. Respectively, the location is fantastic, just off the main downtown area of Naples.

Disliked: The internet in our room was virtually nonexistent. All rooms have separate WiFi networks. Ours didn't. We connected to the room next door, but the connection was unstable and when available, it was so poor that my work laptop refused to use it. I ended up using a roaming hotspot from my phone for work. Breakfast can also be improved considerably. The food choice was poor - few pastries and filtered coffee.
