Liked: Very well equipped and comfortable rooms. Great attention to ensuring guests were comfortable. Very lovely breakfast delivered to my room which I ate on a small balcony looking directly at the cathedral.

  Met w/associate @ 152 Via Duomo. Took us X street,up road to undisclosed location! I Paid $ 701.usd

Disliked: Misrepresented. Different Location, Shabby Apartment w/dripping water Tank, etc. Told Staff, unacceptable, would vacate in a.m... Have been interacting w/Service Provider for almost one month for restitution! Allowing them time to erase my presence and delete 20 of the Original +40 photos posted at time of booking.

A wonderful stay in a convenient location, with great staff

Liked: Great location in the historic part of Naples, opposite a large church and close to the artisan shops and many restaurants, patisseries, bars, etc. Napoli Centrale was about a 20 minute walk away and made it easy for us to get to Pompeii, Ercolano and Sorrento. Rosario was amazing... he gave us loads of information on arrival and a map, pointing out where to go and not to go, together with some restaurant recommendations. He guided us to go to Sorrento instead of our planned visit to Ischia, and sent us some recommendations for restaurants/shops. He also helped us with getting a taxi on the morning of our departure, messaging us to make sure the taxi had arrived. Many thanks Rosario. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. We had a great stay and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Disliked: The property was on a busy road which did not worry us but could be an issue if you're a light sleeper. The lighting in the room felt quite harsh/bright at times..... a small bedside light would solve this
