  Great hotel with good communication and lap pool

  Liked: Lots of little restaurants and shops nearby. Made great use of the fantastic lap pool. Nice lobby and breakfast area.

  Disappointing stay due to constant noise and poor breakfast quality, definitely not worth the price

  Liked: The staff is kind and it’s well located

  Disliked: I would not recommend it if you are looking for peace and quiet. From around 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., there is a lot of noise from gym and swimming classes, often attended by people who are not hotel guests. The music is very loud and can clearly be heard from the rooms. I mentioned this to reception and was told it was stated in the listing, but I could not find this information. Breakfast was also disappointing: very little choice and almost no savoury options. The photos do not reflect the reality. I also found the way sandwiches were prepared questionable from a hygiene point of view. Drinks are served in basic plastic cups, which is disappointing for a 3-star hotel at this price. The bed was also poorly made. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel for a quiet and relaxing trip.

  Not a bad place. I'd stay again

  Liked: Room, breakfast facilities very good

  Disliked: Breakfast was fine - what i expected. Overnight guy on the Friday was incredibly ignorant. Took key from me without a word and had obviously just had a major row with someone. When we returned at midnight his attitude was a bit more acceptable

  Clean and basic

  Liked: Located just one block off the Main Street area with vendors and shops galore. Beautiful LARGE Loft room

  Disliked: Unfortunately their open pool times were very limited and were not able to utilize the pool (main reason for booking this place) Breakfast was very basic, unfortunately they did not have the meat proteins (hams and salami) that most Italian places serve. Only hard boiled eggs and some fair bread and pastry choices and cereal.

-The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

-The Green Pass is needed to check-in at the property.

-Pool is open in specific time:

Monday - Friday morning: 7.00/13.30

Monday - Friday evening: 20.30/21.30

Saturday and Sunday: 8.00/13.00

August pool time: 10.00 - 17.00.

The 15th of August the pool will be closed.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
