  Highly recommended! An excellent base for exploring Naples and reaching Sorrento, Amalfi, Capri, etc

  Liked: Excellent location, within walking distance of Porto Beverello and Castel Nuovo, and a 2-minute walk from the Università metro station. The area is safe even late at night; I had no bad experiences. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is decent. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Special thanks for arranging a taxi without any trouble, even during the fuel crisis. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

  Disliked: Noisy machinery adjacent to bedroom so couldn't sleep as made noise throughout the night. Artificial smell everywhere from plug in air fresheners. Possible bed bugs

  Overpriced and disappointing

  Liked: Location was close to center.

  Disliked: The spa bath took so long to fill we gave up, when it emptied there was all brown residue at the bottom that looked like it had come out the pipes. Also instructions not very clear. Bed felt like it was on a slope, pillows were awful and room looked tired with wall paper peeling if the wall. Shower needed descaling so didn’t come out properly and wasn’t hot. Nothing was mentioned about the snack bar or spa that had been advertised so we can only assume it now isn’t an option. As our flight was early we missed breakfast but no offer of a refund for this part or a takeaway breakfast. Receptionist carol was however lovely and helpful and arranged our airport taxi for the following morning. Carol also gave us advice where to go why we waited for our room to be sorted. Overall very disappointing and overpriced and can see how it once could have been a really good hotel. It was a shame as this was the last day of our holiday and it was not a good experience especially after the experience and service we had in the previous place we stayed in Italy. No

  We enjoyed our time in Naples and the hotel was a good base

  Liked: Good location for exploring Naples. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast which was included very good.

  Disliked: Receptionist who checked us in was happy to take payment for our return transfer to the airport but failed to arrange it for the correct time. Staff member (Monica) who checked us out really took ownership of the issue and did all she could to resolve the situation.
