Perfect location for in the center of the city, opposite to the opera house, in the nice Galleria

Liked: I really appreciate the excellent and generous breakfast, as well as the very kind and empathetic service. Also the staff on the reception desk was very kind and helpful. The general ambiance was nice.

Disliked: The shower in the bathroom didn't function well. Only the fix shower on the top was o.k., but the hand shower wasn't.

Great location and clean rooms, but unbearable nighttime noise

Liked: This hotel has an excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, and clean rooms. The breakfast was decent, although there is room for improvement.

Disliked: The most disappointing aspect of this hotel is the excessive noise. The hotel is located inside a shopping gallery that remains open 24 hours a day, and the building’s dome-shaped structure amplifies even the smallest sounds. Unfortunately, there is no police presence, security, or shopping gallery staff monitoring the area at night. As a result, people make noise throughout the night, and children can even be heard playing soccer late at night. Getting a good night's sleep is practically impossible, even with earplugs. This was extremely disappointing and seriously affected my overall experience.

Exhilarating experience entering the Galleria, then fun in lift from early last century. Great feeling being in a genero

Liked: Position, spaciousness, atmosphere. Most of the staff. The breakfast was superb. The lift is fun!

Disliked: Problems with the tv(unresolved). Either have one or get it to work-previous places that we stayed in provided either no tv in the room or fully functioning tv.

Liked: Really liked the location and the security of the property! The room has a vintage style which I enjoyed. Caterina was amazing and while at the breakfast she told me a few historic facts about the gallery.
