Pleasant
Liked: Great staff, so friendly. Lovely coffee shop just round the corner. Would stay again. 10 minutes from eh airport.
Liked: In May and without AC, told reception twice to arrange it but nothing happened. Expected better

Ok
Liked: The room was ok
Disliked: The pillows and bedding smelt of smoke
Great hotel. But maybe downgrade to a 3* hotel. No bathroom amenities and no kettle in the room
Liked: Staff were great.
Disliked: A 4* Hotel is expected to have a kettle and bathroom amenities. Also, the WiFi isn’t consistent. Luckily there are stores across the road to purchase bathroom amenities.
Liked: Stanze poco curate, finestre e bagno non completamente funzionanti.
