  Disliked: They gave me a room outside of the cineholiday structure #106 with defective door locked😕 being in highest level of Genius Booking😕 everytime I entered the room I have to ask an assistance to open it for me, as it is really defective, it risked to break the long old key and the door knob has a risk to be detach from the main room door! The room door is not totally secured! Being in city center of Naples I did not feel safe on my room as it was outside of the structure of cineholiday which has a little reception closed secure door! The only good thing is the breakfast on the local area of their restaurant!

  Welcoming hotel near to the main railway station

  Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, I would also recommend eating at Nonna Anna’s restaurant below for some wholesome food. The room was spacious and quirky. The location is excellent.

  Disliked: There are stairs to the rooms, but a lift is also provided.

  Good value for theoney

  Liked: Staff of the hotel was very nice and helpfull The rooms are very clean, there is also a kitchen that can be used by the guests.Location of the hotel is excellent, central train station and metro are in the walking distance.There are a lot of very affordable restaurants nearby

  Disliked: Maybe there could be more options for the breakfast, even thou the one that is served every morning is quite good

  I liked this place and would return despite the shower issue

  Liked: It was a characteristic place, very convenient for the station and I loved that there was a traditional pizza restaurant in the building. I really liked all the Neapolitan film posters and cultural references and they played great music in the restaurant!

  Disliked: My shower leaked badly and couldn’t be used. A guy came to my room to deal with it but his attitude towards me wasn’t very professional or helpful.
