  Old and unrenovated

  Liked: The only advantage is being a one-minute walk from the central train station (airport bus) and the metro.

  Disliked: It is an old hotel that has not been renovated. The TV has an issue, so none of the channels work. The front-desk staff are ill-tempered and do not provide good service. The area near the hotel is dirty and disgusting.

  Very bad

  Disliked: I would like to leave an important warning for future guests and the hotel management. During my stay, I discovered that the room was infested with bedbugs. I was severely bitten and left the hotel with painful, inflamed welts all over my body. This is a serious hygiene and public health issue. I expect the management to take immediate action with professional pest control so other guests do not have to go through the same distress and suffering. I do not recommend staying here until this problem is fully resolved.

  A convenient hotel for a short stay, but it would benefit from modernization and better maintenance

  Liked: The hotel is conveniently located, especially if you need to stay close to Napoli Centrale train station. The room was spacious enough for a short stay, the bathroom was a good size, and the staff were welcoming and efficient during check-in.

  Disliked: The hotel feels quite dated, both in its decoration and overall atmosphere. There was a noticeable old building smell in the corridors and when entering the room for the first time. The bathroom was spacious, but it could have been cleaner, with some mold visible in a few corners. The electrical installations also looked old. These are small details, but together they make the hotel feel less well maintained than expected.
