  Absolutely wonderful. Staff super helpful and friendly I would not hesitate to recommend and should I ever return to Nap

  Liked: Location absolutely perfect. Everything Naples has to offer within 2 minute walk. Room was very comfortable and clean and it was lovely to have facilities at reception to make tea/coffee at any time. Despite the hotel’s central location our room was so peaceful and quiet.

  Liked: The reception staff were very kind, helpful, and respectful. I truly appreciate their assistance and would like to sincerely thank them all.

  Disliked: My stay at Hotel Europeo Napoli was extremely disappointing. The noise was unbearable. Although the hotel advertises soundproofing, there seemed to be none in my room. The walls felt paper-thin—it was like sleeping on a balcony. I could hear every motorbike passing, people talking in the street, and dogs barking The worst part was a dog barking nonstop throughout the night. I couldn’t sleep until I finally put on headphones and played sleep music to drown out the noise I felt completely misled by the advertised soundproofing. Being unable to sleep ruined my stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful night’s rest

  Good hotel, noisy neighborhood

  Liked: Very clean; towels were changed daily. Comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms aren't large, but they have everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of hot water throughout the day. There is a coffee machine with capsules and tea bags in the hallway. The internet connection is good. We were most impressed by the smiling gentleman at the reception—he gave us a map with directions to the city center, explained how to reach the places we were interested in, and even checked us in before 2:00 PM. The excellent service continued throughout our entire stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

  Disliked: The shower is tiny. It is quite noisy at night, making it hard to sleep if the window is open. Although the hotel is located in the historic center, the neighborhood is run-down; the streets are like a labyrinth and quite dirty, and you could get hit by a scooter at any moment. The crowds of tourists create a feeling of being hemmed in, as if there isn't enough air.
