  to anyone travelling alone

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay. Once you get used to the noise level, everything is great. This is the city centre - this is Naples! There is some street noise outside until quite late, but that’s just part of being in the heart of the city. Some people might find it bothersome, but for me, it’s part of the charm. The hotel entrance is through a courtyard, with the gate opening onto the garden of the restaurant next door. There is also a free lift, which is a nice bonus. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They really go out of their way to help with anything you need. The location is very convenient, with many attractions within easy reach. Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos — and actually even better than expected. I would especially recommend this place to anyone travelling alone.

A comfortable stay in the center of Napoli

Liked: The hotel is in the city center and very close to all the attractions of Napoli. The room was tiny but comfortable and the breakfast was served by very nice people and was rich and complete. You can reach the hotel with an elevator, which is good if you have physical difficulties or if you are just tired.

Disliked: The room is not noise-insulated so you will hear all the street noise (and Napoli is a bit chaotic) and that from you room neighbors. The cleanliness was not extremely good, but I didn't find any particularly dirty towel or bedsheet.

Liked: Great location but moderate quality

Disliked: We had family room which should be large, in reality it is rather small. The bed was extremely old and matrass in dirty spots.

  Great location and stuff

Liked: Amazing location in the city center. Easy access and very pleasant people that work for the property

Disliked: The bed itself is a little bit uncomfortable. And as the location is in one of Napoli most busy areas it is a little nit noisy but it is expected.
