  Adequate for price, good location

  Liked: Desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok staff were very nice. Good spot for access to Metro and trains.

  Disliked: Bathroom was not well cleaned when we arrived. Noises at night of furniture being moved was distracting. No access to coffee machine in room Difficult to find hotel initially.

  Good stay

  Liked: Ideal location for onward travel beside Napoli Centrale station. Bedroom clean and good bathroom. Easy walk (for me) to rest of Naples. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Good price.

  Disliked: Gabrialdi area considered dodgy but I found it ok.

  Good place to stay in Naples city Centre

  Liked: Located right outside the station, Piazza Garibaldi. Very easy to get to and again get back to the station. Staff are very friendly and accommodated our requests. They offered the breakfast season before check-in in place of the last day’s breakfast as we were going to leave very early. They kept our leg in the clock room and they enabled us to go and have ride through the city.

  Disliked: The whole property is on the first floor. Only the reception is on ground floor. There is no elevator, so it becomes little difficult to take your luggage to the room. All other things are fine.

  Maids were compassionate and helpful

  Liked: Near metro.

  Disliked: The cobblestones on the street in front of hotel so hard dragging luggage and taxi couldn’t come to the door of hotel. Shower very small. Couldn’t get doors to close completely. Breakfast minimal. Don’t count on it to fuel you much for the day. The host/manager was not very helpful. There are stairs and no elevator and we had a person with us whose mobility was more limited. We were carrying our bags up and it was the maids who jumped in to help us. Not the manager who watched.
