  Spend more and stay in the historical area near the castle

  Liked: There was a choice for breakfast

  Disliked: Whilst it is convenient for the main train station it's not really convenient for anywhere else. The area is absolutely filthy and feels very unsafe. The hotel was OK if you're not bothered about being in the nicer areas, but the beds were very uncomfortable and hard, resulting in 3 nights without sleep.

  Hotel ok. Location unsafe and filthy

  Disliked: The tea bags inside the room seem to have been opened by someone, and they were not removed when we checked in. The service varies from staff to staff. I did not get the bed cover I asked for and waited for more than two hours, and I had to come down to the reception to ask for an immediate solution. I lived on the third floor, and it was quite scary to not see signs for the emergency exit. It took a while for me to figure out where the stairs were. The hotel is located at the entrance of a small street. My wife experienced uncomfortable staring from people standing along the street, and it made her feel unsafe. Booking.com said that I should ask for the receipt from the hotel if I wanted to use it for a tax-related issue, but the hotel refused to provide a receipt and asked me to get it from Booking.com.

  Wish we had gone to a better hotel

  Liked: Close to Rail terminus and buses

  Disliked: Too cramped esp elevators if you are disabled. There was a cockroach running around the breakfast floor when I accidentally went there the night before. Put me off eating their bfast.they have no place for luggage storage and the area has a number of shady guys hanging out on the streets
