  great stay

  Liked: pleasant stay, clean and very nice staff. great location if you like people noise and music. small and inconspicuous hotel but very cozy and rustic style make it exceptional! highly recommended

  Great place to stay, very central, great staff

  Liked: Great hotel, very central, competitive price, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast,the room was clean, and well equipped, good WiFi, aircon and tv. All great.

  Disliked: The listing says that the hotel has parking, but it doesn't. Although there is secure parking nearby (important if you're on a motorbike) due to miscommunication from the hotel, I didn't get the address of the secure parking before arrival. And riding a bike in this part of the city is challenging. They should amend their details and make it clear that secure parking is nearby, but not onsite. However, that aside, this is a good mid range hotel, and I would definitely return.

  Absolutely spot on location wise if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of Naples

  Kind staff, well located and good value

  Liked: Central location in the Spanish Quarters (Quartieri Spagnoli). Very kind, informative staff (Pino is especially remarkable). Nice rooftop deck. Old style but warm and good value. Other guests with whom I spoke return to this hotel frequently.

  Disliked: Breakfast is basic. Noisy/bustling/touristy area but sleep is still comfortable with windows closed. Old clogged shower head not be fixed during my stay.

  Liked: Perfect location amazing shopping strip and beach close by restaurants everywhere the place has amazing vibes it’s one of the best located hotels, great breakfasts on the veranda but what stood out the most for me was the staff especially the young girl on reception she was so kind and helpful and the wonderful Pino he was so lovely 😁 look forward to returning

  Good hotel, needs urgent improvement

  Liked: The location is good, metro is 2 minutes away from the hotel. The staff is great, very helpful and nice people.

  Disliked: The noise from the surrounding pubs, facilities are functional, but old and in need of urgent cosmetic repairs.
