  amazing location, value, and room

  Liked: i was so pleasantly surprised by how great the space was. the room is spacious, the bathroom was so clean, and it is very close to many activities while still remaining quiet. i would highly recommend and would stay here again!

  Perfect location and a lovely apartment to experience the Napoli life in

  Liked: This property is in an excellent location. It is on the edge of the centre of all the life of the town. A bit crazy for some people but being on the edge it was a great option and the best of both worlds. The photos do not do the apartment justice in terms of quality. Everything is very nice and attention to detail is amazing. There is nothing in that room that you could wish for that’s isn’t already there! The Bed is extra comfortable as well. We were in the triple room so we had tons of space. Coffee pods were lovely. Money was left for the lift. Laundromat close by and plenty of room to hang drying clothes in the wardrobe room.

  Disliked: When we arrived in the undercover lane way to the property there was a fish market going on so that was a bit disconcerting! It was gone later on thought. Once we got used to all the keys and money for the lift - which might be a bit difficult for some to master- we found it fine. Maybe not after a long day of travel and if you were tired when checking in.

  Loved hearing the noises of daily and night life. Even some fireworks. The windows are double glazed and there’s another

  Liked: Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Napoli’s historic center. Very good restaurant very close Cala La Pasta. Long line. I ordered takeout. It’s also low down on the Via dei Tribunale to be close to the Porta Capuana a good drop off for taxi or Uber. The furniture and decor were lovely and they had so many amenities (coffee pot, induction cooktop (didn’t use), and a microwave that I did use. Had plates and cutlery and a full selection of complementary cookies, jams, and Tetley teas. The mini fridge was stocked with water, coke, Sprite, Fanta, and some juice for very affordable prices €1-1.50. Room also had an iron and board, lint roller, and first aid kit. Bathroom had hairdryer and straightener, female sanitary products, mini shampoos. No conditioner.

  Disliked: It was hard to find and all the codes and keys that are usual with self check-in properties are so confusing at first. Host sent detailed explanations and even videos showing how you have to enter the “alley” under a semi-tunnel. The taxi driver called host for me as did a young man when I couldn’t open the downstairs. Perhaps a younger person would find it easier. I forgot to take pictures of the room. One shows the entrance alley after you have reached the front door. Highly recommend this “guesthouse.”
