  Great place. Good value for money

  Liked: Good, clear communication via WhatsApp. I used the Spaccanapoli annexe, which was charming. Large room with high ceilings etc.

  Disliked: Double check which building your room is in, as they are a short walk apart and the annexe is in a pedestrianised area, so no taxi.

  Liked: Location. Easy to find. Breakfast. Dining room. Friendly staff. Quiet. In a historic building in the historic centre. Air conditioning.

  Disliked: A better description of which keypad to use would be better. The bedroom probably needs a coat of paint when the refurbishment is done.
