  A unique experience, but not great amenities

  Liked: Being in the museum was absolutely amazing. There was a cafe outside in the piazza which was very good with friendly staff.

  Disliked: Our check in person wasn't very friendly, however our check out person was very helpful. Our shower didnt work which we discovered at 9pm. A man came and changed the shower head, by swapping it with another room, but it didnt stay on the wall as it was a different shape. He was going to make us wait until the shops opened the next day! I suggested the swap. If I didn't speak some Italian we would have been stuck. Also the wifi didnt work. There was nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries, but the basin was big enough to bath a baby! If it wasn't for the experience of the museum, I wouldn't recommend it.

  Wonderful

  Liked: The location is absolutely fantastic, being in a beautiful art museum and so central in Naples was so much fun. And the staff were brilliant, our flight was very delayed so we didn’t reach the hotel until after 1am, but they were able to accommodate for the late hour and were really kind and welcoming. We had a fantastic time!

  Interesting experience to say the least

  Liked: I loved how unique this hotel was. You're literally staying in a church that happens to be a museum and church. I loved all of the artwork and how we had full access to the church at all times. It's not like any other hotel I've ever stayed at. It was a great experience and close enough to restaurants, cafes, a local market, and the city square.

  Disliked: As unique as this hotel was, there were some drawbacks that made my stay a little challenging. There was no elevator so carrying my luggage up 5 floors was a little intense. After a long day in the humid weather, climbing up and down those stairs was exhausting. Also, there was nobody at the front desk a majority of the time which made things a little complicated. Also, you have to turn on a water heater which was difficult so I mostly had cold showers. Given it was so humid, the cold shower wasn't too bad. Also, the air conditioning wasn't the best.
